Life happens, but to keep things fair to our team and other clients, we do have a cancellation policy in place:
We kindly ask that if you need to reschedule, you give us as much notice as possible.
If you’re running late, please give us a quick call so we know you’re on your way. We’ll always do our best to carry out your service, but if there isn’t enough time, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. In some cases, our cancellation policy may still apply. This is never something we want to do, but it helps us stay on time for all of our guests.
Your comfort and peace of mind are really important to us. While you’re with us, we’ll do everything we can to keep your belongings safe – but we kindly ask that you keep valuables with you at all times. We can’t accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items while in the salon.
If you’re visiting us for a colour service, we also recommend avoiding wearing anything precious or delicate, as even with the greatest care, there’s always a small risk of staining or colour transfer.
We don’t offer refunds on services – but your happiness matters deeply to us. If something isn’t quite right, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll invite you back for a complimentary correction so we can make sure you leave feeling confident and cared for.
To keep our pricing fair and reflective of the products we use, all colour services include an additional colour product charge. This ensures you only ever pay for the amount of colour required for your hair, so guests with shorter or finer hair don’t pay the same as those with extra-long or thicker hair.
We’ll always be upfront about costs before starting your service, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Your safety is always our top priority. For some of our services – such as certain hair colour, lash, and brow treatments – a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
We know patch tests can sometimes feel like a hassle, but they’re really important for making sure you don’t experience a reaction. If a patch test hasn’t been carried out, or if we feel a service may not be safe for you, we may need to reschedule or refuse your appointment – always with your wellbeing in mind.
Please also share any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or changes to your health with us before your treatment. This helps us tailor your service safely and gives you the best results possible.
Our TreatCard programme is our way of saying thank you. You’ll earn points every time you visit, which can be exchanged for selected services or treats.
Gift vouchers are a wonderful way to share the salon experience.

Sometimes, things happen beyond our control — such as illness, extreme weather, or power cuts. If this affects your appointment, we’ll do our best to rearrange it as quickly as possible.
